We guarantee that a factory trained service technician will arrive at your facility in response to any down equipment within an average of two hours (area restrictions can apply), while operable machine problems such as scheduled maintenance are at an average of four (4) hours response time.
We confidently guarantee an overall machine uptime of at least 95%. If for some reason we have not met this, we will credit 10% of your total monthly base fee for that month only. We realize that for your business to be successful, your employees must be productive.
If we can’t repair a piece of equipment within 24 hours of a service request or if equipment must be returned to our service facility, we will provide loaner equipment at no charge to you until yours is fully repaired.
Depending on your maintenance agreement, an all-inclusive cost-per-image service program covers the costs of imaging supplies, parts and labor throughout a customizable contract length of one to five years.
Precision is committed to servicing our customers as expeditiously as possible; realizing a prompt resolution of any equipment problems or a customer concern is time sensitive.
Precision staff will provide basic feature training to all end users at your company and advanced training to key administrative personnel where warranted. These classes can be customized to fit your specific needs of use. |
