With nearly four decades of experience in the office technology industry, Lynn Pickford has been a cornerstone of Precision Copy Products. As both President and self-appointed Chief Fun Officer, Lynn balances sharp financial leadership with a people-first mindset that defines Precision’s culture. When Lynn lost her husband and business partner, Tom Pickford, in 2022, she made a powerful commitment to honor his legacy by keeping the business strong, independent, and deeply rooted in the community they built together. Guided by resilience and vision, Lynn led Precision into a new era of growth, expanding the ownership team to continue the company’s mission, strengthen its foundation, and ensure long-term success.

Under the new leadership, Precision has flourished, earning recognition as one of the region’s “Best Places to Work” and on of “Pittsburgh’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies.” Lynn’s leadership philosophy is simple: success comes from connection. She believes in leading with purpose, celebrating her team, supporting local schools and charities, and always finding time to add a little fun along the way.

Lynn is also deeply committed to education and community involvement. She serves on the Student Advisory Council for Queen of Angels School in North Huntingdon and on the Board of Directors for Serra Catholic High School, roles that allow her to support students, families, and the values-driven educational communities she cares about.

Above all, Lynn is most proud of her three daughters, each forging meaningful paths in the medical field. Victoria is a Clinical Lead for adult outpatient services at Pittsburgh Mercy, Ally is a third-year medical student on her way to becoming a physician, and Paige is a second-year Physician Assistant student. Their dedication to helping others is a true expression of their shared values of compassion, empathy and purpose.
