Michael Vaughn is a Co-Owner of Precision Copy Products, where he plays a key leadership role in guiding the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and customer-centered culture. Known for his strong business acumen and collaborative leadership style, Michael is deeply committed to advancing Precision’s mission of delivering high-quality office technology solutions with integrity, innovation, and exceptional service.



Michael is a proud graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, where he was a member of the nationally recognized Presidents’ football program. His time on the field helped shape the values that continue to define his leadership today, discipline, teamwork, accountability, and a relentless commitment to doing things the right way. It was also at W&J that he formed lifelong friendships, including with fellow co-owner Vinnie Deleonibus, with whom he now helps lead Precision.

At Precision Copy Products, Michael works closely with fellow Co-Owners Lynn Pickford and Vinnie DeLeonibus to strengthen customer relationships, foster a positive team culture, and position the company for long-term success. His approach to leadership centers on trust, operational performance, strategic clarity, and a deep respect for the people who make Precision exceptional.

Outside of his professional role, Michael is a devoted family man who finds pride and joy in supporting his sons’ accomplishments. He cheers on his oldest son, Michael, as he competes on the basketball court at Grove City College, and he spends quality time with his younger son Matthew, Fishing, hunting, and golfing. Married to his wife Dawnlee for 26 years, Michael proudly credits family as the foundation of his life and leadership.

Michael also contributes his experience and insight as a member of the Bishop Canevin Advisory Board, where as a graduate he helps support the school’s mission, growth, and long-term vision. His commitment to service, both in business and in the community, reflects his belief in leadership rooted in purpose, humility, and helping others succeed.
