Vinnie Deleonibus

Co-Owner

Vinnie Deleonibus is a Co-Owner of Precision Copy Products, Inc., where he helps guide the company’s strategy, customer experience, and rapid growth across Western Pennsylvania. Known for his honest, relationship-first approach, Vinnie works closely with schools, municipalities, nonprofits, and businesses to deliver reliable, cost-effective technology solutions.

A Pittsburgh native and graduate of Taylor Allderdice High School, Vinnie earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Washington & Jefferson College—where he played on the nationally ranked football team alongside future business partner and co-owner Michael Vaughn—and later completed his MBA at Robert Morris University. He and Michael also share membership in Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.

Vinnie is an active member of PASBO and The Select Dealer Group, supporting his commitment to continuous improvement, best practices, and industry leadership.

Outside the office, Vinnie is an avid golfer who enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Tina, to whom he has been happily married for 20 years. They are the proud parents of daughter Maison—now part of the Precision team—and son Dante, a member of the nationally ranked Misericordia University baseball program. Vinnie and Tina stay active through Fit 4 Boxing Club and keep busy at home with their energetic young pittie, Ari.
